Most of our traditional and infrared saunas require a dedicated 220V-240V outlet and a 20-30 amp breaker. We recommend consulting with a licensed electrician to ensure your home's electrical panel can support the specific model you choose.
How long does shipping take for large sauna units?
Standard shipping typically takes 7-14 business days. Because saunas are oversized items, they are shipped via freight with lift-gate delivery. You will receive a tracking number and a call from the carrier to schedule a delivery window.
Can I install an outdoor sauna on a wooden deck?
Yes, as long as the deck is structurally sound and rated to support the weight of the sauna (which can range from 600 to over 1,000 lbs). We recommend a level surface such as a concrete pad, heavy-duty pavers, or a reinforced deck.
What is your return policy for wellness products?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most unused items in their original packaging. Please note that due to the size of our products, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply.
Do your saunas come with a warranty?
Absolutely. All saunas at My Sauna World come with a manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty lengths vary by brand but typically range from 1 to 5 years for residential use.
