Returns & Exchanges
At My Sauna World, we want you to be completely satisfied with your wellness investment. If your product isn't the perfect fit for your home, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process within 30 days of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email or phone with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Item
Ensure the sauna or accessory is in its original, unassembled condition and securely packed in the original manufacturer's packaging with all manuals included.
- 3.Schedule the Pickup
For large sauna units, we will coordinate with a freight carrier to schedule a curbside pickup; for smaller items, a prepaid shipping label will be provided.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items to confirm they are in resellable condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
